Field trips for Merrimack Schools began in the Spring of 2026
Field trips for Schoolhouse #12 are now available
Schoolhouse #12 Field Trips offer engaging educational experiences designed to inform and inspire students of all ages. Each trip combines fun activities with hands-on learning, ensuring a memorable adventure for participants. Perfect for schools and youth groups, these trips provide a unique opportunity to explore history, science, and culture in an interactive environment.
Schoolhouse #12, located at 520 Boston Post Road, Merrimack, NH was built in 1847 and used as a one room schoolhouse until 1947. Class sizes are limited to 23 students and 2 chaperones for this 2 hour experience. Field trips are available in the fall and spring times of the year.
HomeSchool groups and other groups (“scout groups, clubs, community organizations” etc.) should contact Jennifer Rocheleau at Jennifer.Rocheleau@merrimackhistory.org to scheduled a trip.

Souhegan Trail Ribbon Cutting Ceremony: Sept 26, 2024.
