BIO: Kristine Howard BSN, RN, CCM
Kristine Howard has been a nurse for over 20 years. Kristine earned her AD RN from
NH Community College, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southern NH
University. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and Hepatitis C Educator.
Kristine is currently the Manager of Outpatient Care Coordination for the Physician
Practices and Specialty services at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua, NH. She has
previously worked as a certified Oncology Nurse and has experience in palliative care.
In 2009, she helped to open a Federally Qualified Health Center in Nashua which
serves the homeless, uninsured and the underinsured populations. This center
provides primary care, mental health and substance use treatment to the community. In
2024 she founded the NH Nurse Honor Guard which provides tributes for nurses who
have passed. She also enjoys using data analytics to uncover areas of opportunity and
focus in healthcare.
